The training catalogue.
Every course includes CPD accredited certificates, delivery in Arabic or English, and all material built from the client's own work rather than generic examples.
All prices in AUD, excluding GST. Travel and accommodation charged separately for on site delivery outside Adelaide.
What is included
The baseline call
Every course starts with 30 minutes with the manager: which tool you already run, how many people, how to split them, and what your IT needs to switch on.
The 30 days after the session
On the department workshop, champions programme, governance and build courses. Train the trainer runs the same thing over 90 days, because a trainer needs to deliver two sessions before anyone can tell whether it took. Most training ends when the trainer leaves, and so does the use of it. We stay: a prompt library from your own tasks, a named owner, a check at day 14, and a one page report to your leadership at day 30. It costs your people about 20 minutes each before the session and 15 minutes each at day 14.
The all-staff session and the executive briefing work differently, because neither has a task to measure. Each carries its own follow-up, described under the course.
A client who does not want the 30 days can take the session only, at the reduced price shown against each course, and gives up the day 30 report with it.
AI for everyone
Not an awareness session. Every participant leaves having built a working agent on their own repeating task, inside the company's own environment.
- Who it is for
- Anyone on the payroll. Engineers, site staff, accounts, admin, HR, document control. No prior knowledge. Mixed departments in one room is fine.
- Format
- Two to four hours, on site or online. It runs as long as the room needs, because the build and the discussion take as long as they take. Fixed price either way.
- Group size
- Up to 12 on site, up to 20 online. Everyone builds, so the cap is the number one trainer can actually reach.
- Follow-up
- The 72 hour task. No agreed measure, no day 30 report.
- Coverage
- A standalone product, for covering a whole business quickly and for the people no department workshop reaches.
Scope
- What AI is, in plain language, what the word covers and what it does not
- Their own tool opened live in their own environment, where it sits in the software they already use, and what is switched on
- How to ask it properly: context, role, format, constraints, one thing at a time, correcting rather than starting again
- Where it gets things wrong, drawn from the room's own experience first, then what must never be accepted without reading
- What may and may not go into it, against the company's own position agreed with management before the session
- Each participant builds an agent on their own repeating task and runs it before leaving
- Whether this replaces them, answered directly
The detail and running order are agreed at the scoping call.
What they leave with
A working agent of their own, a working prompt on their own task, a one page safe use card, a CPD accredited certificate, and one named task to complete with AI within 72 hours.
- On site
- $2,900
- Online
- $1,900
Fixed, whether the session runs two hours or four.
Executive decision briefing
- Who it is for
- Managing Director or General Manager, operations, engineering, commercial, finance, IT and HR. The people who approve spend.
- Format
- Half day, on site or online.
- Group size
- Up to 12 on site, up to 20 online. Twelve is deliberate. Above that it becomes a lecture instead of an argument.
- Follow-up
- No 30 days, and deliberately so. There is no task here to measure, the output is a decision. What the briefing does carry is one 30 minute conversation four to six weeks later, to ask what was funded and what was not.
Scope
- What AI changes in their business, and what it does not
- What comparable firms are actually doing, as opposed to announcing
- Where the money sits in their business, by function
- What it costs, what it saves, what it risks
- How to tell a real proposal from a demonstration
- What to fund first, and what to leave alone this year
The detail and running order are agreed at the scoping call.
What they leave with
A shortlist of candidate areas agreed in the room, and the questions to put to any vendor including Schollege.
- On site
- $4,200
- Online
- $2,900
Department workshop
- Who it is for
- One department at a time. Procurement, proposals, engineering, project controls, HR, finance, fabrication, admin. Never mixed, because the whole session is built on that department's own logged work.
- Format
- 2 days, on site or online.
- Group size
- Up to 12 on site, up to 20 online. Twelve is the ceiling for hands on work with one trainer in the room.
- Follow-up
- Full 30 days as described above. Around 9 hours of Schollege time.
- Coverage
- Covers the all-staff session content in full before going further, since participants arrive with mixed prior knowledge.
Scope
- Their repeating work mapped from the baseline logs on day one
- Prompting and tool use applied to that work, not to examples
- Document handling: specifications, drawings, contracts, reports
- Where the tools fail on technical content, and how to check them
- Each participant builds at least one working aid, live
- What must stay with a named human, and why
The detail and running order are agreed at the scoping call.
What they leave with
A prompt library for that department, at least one working aid each, a named owner, and a CPD certificate.
- On site
- $14,500
- Online
- $11,000
- Session only, on site
- $12,250
- Session only, online
- $8,750
The price without the 30 days. The day 30 report goes with it.
AI champions programme
- Who it is for
- Nominated people who will carry adoption after Schollege leaves. Usually one or two per department.
- Format
- 5 days, on site or online.
- Group size
- Up to 10, on site or online. Held below the standard cap because every champion is producing their own business case.
- Follow-up
- Full 30 days as described above. Around 9 hours of Schollege time.
- Coverage
- Covers the all-staff session content in full before going further, since participants arrive with mixed prior knowledge.
Scope
- Everything in the department workshop, at depth
- How to find and rank a use case
- How to write a business case for it
- How to run a pilot and measure it honestly
- How to teach it to their own team
- How to say no to a bad idea, and how to argue that case upward
The detail and running order are agreed at the scoping call.
What they leave with
A ranked list of opportunities for their department, one business case written, the ability to introduce AI to their own team using material they produce themselves, and a CPD certificate.
- On site
- $30,000
- Online
- $22,000
- Session only, on site
- $27,750
- Session only, online
- $19,750
The price without the 30 days. The day 30 report goes with it.
Governance and safe use
- Who it is for
- Legal, compliance, IT, QA, HSE and document control.
- Format
- 1 day, on site or online.
- Group size
- Up to 12 on site, up to 20 online.
- Follow-up
- Full 30 days, but the measures are completion rather than hours: is the policy issued, does the register have entries, how many staff have acknowledged it, how many approval gates are defined and in use. Around 4 hours of Schollege time.
- Coverage
- Covers the understanding half of the all-staff session, what AI is and where it fails, but not building an agent, because this audience does not need it.
Scope
- What data may enter which tool
- Confidentiality and client obligations
- Building an AI register
- Approval and review gates, and who signs
- What audit evidence looks like
- Answering the tender or client question "did AI write this"
- Regional data residency requirements, Australia and the Gulf
The detail and running order are agreed at the scoping call.
What they leave with
A draft AI use policy and a register template, both theirs to keep and amend.
- On site
- $7,500
- Online
- $5,500
- Session only, on site
- $6,500
- Session only, online
- $4,500
The price without the 30 days. The day 30 report goes with it.
Build with what you own
- Who it is for
- IT staff and technically confident people from any department.
- Format
- 2 days, on site or online.
- Group size
- Up to 8, on site or online. Held below the standard cap because every participant is building in the client's own tenant.
- Follow-up
- Full 30 days. Around 7 hours of Schollege time.
- Coverage
- Covers the all-staff session content in full before going further, since participants arrive with mixed prior knowledge.
Scope
- The agent builder and automation platform they already pay for, Copilot Studio and Power Automate where that stack is Microsoft
- Building an agent on their own documents
- Where retrieval breaks, and why the same question returns different answers on different days
- Making every output traceable back to the document it came from
- Connecting a workflow end to end
- What the licensing actually costs
The detail and running order are agreed at the scoping call.
What they leave with
One working agent and one working flow, live in their own tenant, plus a CPD certificate.
- On site
- $16,000
- Online
- $12,000
- Session only, on site
- $14,250
- Session only, online
- $10,250
The price without the 30 days. The day 30 report goes with it.
Train the trainer
- Who it is for
- Internal learning and development staff, and the strongest people from the champions programme.
- Format
- 3 days, on site or online.
- Group size
- Up to 6, on site or online. Held below the standard cap because each trainer completes two supervised deliveries.
- Follow-up
- 90 days rather than 30. The measure is how many sessions they have delivered alone, and what their participants reported. Around 7.5 hours of Schollege time.
- Coverage
- Covers the all-staff session content in full, since delivering it is what this course teaches.
Scope
- How to deliver the all-staff session and the department workshop without Schollege in the room
- Facilitation and exercise design
- Handling resistance and the replacement question
- Running the baseline and the day 14 check themselves
- Keeping material current as the tools change
The detail and running order are agreed at the scoping call.
